Enter the admin passcode to upload meets.
Upload Meet File
Choose the Meet Manager Meet Entries export (.zip or .hy3, with heats and lanes seeded), a results .hy3, or a meet program .pdf. You'll get the family link, an email blurb, and a printable QR poster.
📂 Live folder sync
Point this at your Meet Manager folder. SwimCards watches the live .mdb database (and .hy3 exports) and re-parses any changed file automatically — no manual export needed. Chrome/Edge only.
📣 Share with families
Paste the blurb into the pre-meet email. Print the poster for the boards. If you re-seed and re-export, upload again with “Replace the currently open meet” checked so the link stays the same.
